2d924a98cb fix: Windows download — TLS12 + WebClient fallback 
Invoke-WebRequest fails without TLS12 on some Windows.
Use System.Net.WebClient with explicit TLS12 and User-Agent.

395b3bde8b fix: self-contained Windows installer, works from any directory 
- full_install.ps1 downloads files from GitHub if not local
- install_windows.txt: one-liner PowerShell command
- One command: download → install Python → build .exe → Desktop
