Docker pull/run/remove/restart via host socket (no SSH), optional
secrets and tg:// links when MTPRO_PUBLIC_HOST or CLIENT_CONFIG_ENDPOINT set.
Expose MTPRO_* and UI_HIDE_MTPROTO through install.sh.
