fix(mtproto-ui): restore status fetch, trim promo footer

ReferenceError fixed by awaiting /api/mtproto/status before using snap. Footer: GitHub-only; dropped Boosty/Ozon/Telegram. Removed advertiseHint from install JSON (hint remains on status).
