Удаляет: веб-панель, обфускатор-сервисы, WireGuard `wg0`, агент, nginx-сайт, watchdog-cron, iptables-правила, бинарники (`wg-obfuscator`, `phobos-update`) и каталоги `/opt/Phobos`, `/opt/phobos-panel`. Общие пакеты (wireguard, nginx, cron) НЕ трогает.
**Удаление с роутера** (на самом роутере): `/opt/etc/Phobos/phobos-uninstall.sh`
